Before becoming a managing partner at HCS, he played a key role in the growth of FEG, collaborating since its inception in 1993 and later serving as Branch Manager of the Atlanta office beginning in 2010. Rick is a Registered Landscape Architect in both Florida and Georgia, with a portfolio that spans commercial, residential, and public projects. His leadership, design expertise, and commitment to quality continue to shape the success and vision of HCS.

Sam has been a CAD Designer since 1988, bringing decades of hands-on experience in civil site design across a wide range of project types. His expertise includes cell antenna configurations, tower site layouts, commercial developments, and single-family residential design. Prior to becoming a managing partner at HCS, Sam served as the Senior CAD Civil Site Designer for FEG, where he led complex design projects with precision and efficiency. His deep technical knowledge and practical approach continue to drive innovative, compliant, and client-focused solutions at HCS.
